Commissioning A Guitar
Commissioning a custom guitar is an exciting journey, and for me, the collaboration between player and builder, is one of the most rewarding parts of being a guitar maker. Each instrument takes shape through a thoughtful exchange, resulting in a guitar that feels both intentional and uniquely yours.
I am accepting commissions for instruments to be delivered in 2028.
2028 Base Pricing - $20,000 CAD
Please email me if you have any questions.
TO ORDER DIRECTLY FROM ME
A deposit of $4000.00 CAD is due at the time of ordering. This deposit confirms your place on my build list as well as the price at the time of ordering and is non-refundable.
The second installment is due when I start building your guitar. Additionally, the amount for any premium woods being used will be due at this time.
When your guitar is ready for the spraybooth, the third installment is due and then the final amount is due when the guitar is finished and prior to shipping. Shipping costs will be added to the final payment. Please consider coming to pick your instrument up from me as this negates hold ups in customs (for people outside of Canada) and damage to your guitar.
Shipping, taxes, and import/export fees are not included in the instrument price.
All prices are in CAD.
Every commissioned instrument includes a 5-day grace period from the date of delivery so you can spend some time with your guitar and be sure it feels right in your hands.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out within five days of receiving the instrument. Should you decide to return it, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the guitar must be returned in new condition.
The refund amount will be the total paid, minus the $4,000 deposit. Refunds are issued once the instrument has been re-sold.
